Today I want to share an awesome and simple sex technique you can use.
Create rhythm.
How It Works
Rhythm is just a pattern that can be repeated.
Think of the many ways you can sexually stimulate your wife:
- Long touch
- Short touch
- Light caress
- Caress with more pressure
- Kiss
- Lick
- Blow
- Thrust
Instead of doing all one thing, create a rhythm that uses two kinds of stimulation.
Here are some rhythms you could use, with A representing one kind of stimulation and B representing the other.
A B A B A B A B A B A B A B . . .
A A B A A B A A B A A B A A B . . .
A B B A B B A B B A B B A B B . . .
A A A B A A A B A A A B A A A B . . .
A A A A B B A A A B B A A A B B . . .
Here’s how some of these might look:
light caress, blow, light caress, blow, light caress, blow, . . .
short touch, short touch, kiss, short touch, short touch, kiss, . . .
long touch, long touch, long touch, long touch, lick, lick, long touch, long touch, long touch, long touch, lick, lick, . . .
You can apply this technique any time during sex, or even before. Consider what you could do with your hands while you and your wife are kissing. Think of how you could apply this technique during a backrub that is part of foreplay. Imagine what would happen if you touched her in that erogenous spot on her neck or right under her breast.
Early on in a sexual encounter, you could use a light caress as A and a light long caress as B or even a long caress and a pause. As things progress, you could use a long stroke and a kiss, or a kiss and a heavier stroke, or a lick and a blow.
Whatever you’re doing, try doing it in a set pattern to create and continue a rhythm for your wife.
See? Simple.
Focus and Expectation
Quite a lot of sex advice will tell men that if you’re doing something that works, don’t stop—and rhythm is a big part of the truth behind that.
Many wives struggle to make the transition to sex. Even when our bodies our engaged, our minds may still be wrapping up unfinished thoughts or thinking ahead about tomorrow.
Establishing a rhythm draws a wife’s mental attention toward what her body is experiencing.
Continuing the rhythm can immerse her more deeply in the sexual encounter by creating anticipation. She knows what to expect, and when it happens, it can both settle her and create more excitement about the next repetition of the pattern.
Does It Really Work?
Obviously one technique won’t work for all women. I will say, though, that when the Sex Chat for Christian Wives team did a foreplay webinar for women, we got LOTS of feedback saying that women asked their husbands to watch the section where we talked about this very thing.
Why not try it with your wife and ask her what she thinks?
